Rental Policies

Terms:

• A minimum deposit of 50% is required to hold your reservation.
• Balance due 14 days before arrival.
• No pets or smoking indoors.

Cancellation policy:

Should you cancel 14 days or more in advance, you will receive full refund.

If you cancel 8 to 13 days away from the start of your reservation, an alternate day may be chosen with a rescheduling fee of 10% of your total stay balance, or your deposit it forfeited.

Canceling reservation 7 days or less from the start of your reservation results in deposit amount is forfeited.
